What the service includes

Once the data has been gathered and all questions have been answered I will begin implementing yout store. It will be completely customizable and adapted to the needs of your business, with good user experience which will turn your visitors into buyers. If you already sell through a physical store, we can use that as a reference.

SELF MAINTAINED STORE
You can edit its content and update the catalog easily and intuitively. You can also just as easily manage orders and stock.

MODERN DESIGN
Your store will have a unique and custom design, it will adapt to your way of selling, it will be visible in any device and be optimized for Google.

WOOCOMMERCE
Installation and set up of Woocommerce. Creation of the categories and product attributes, configuration of each payment and shipping method.

LEGAL TEXTS
Along with the cookie disclaimer, I will create the pages demanded by the law: cookie policies, legal notice and privacy.

AUTOMATED EMAILS
I will configure the automated emails for the whole selling process and client catching. 

INITIAL PRODUCT UPLOAD
 I will do an initial upload of up to 100 products so you can start selling from day one. If your catalog is bigger we can arrange an extra to upload the rest of it.

SUPPORT AND CONSULTORY
When beginning to work on your store you will need all the help you can get. You will have 2 months of support for free so you will not have problems at all (valued in €140).

SECURITY
Your store will be protected against attacks and will be provided with an automatic backup system.

What is NOT included

  • Hosting and domain 
  • You must hire both services since they are not included in the price of this service. I can help you with all you need during the hiring process. If you choose a VPS, I can help implement it in AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Production and integration of content, catalog uploading
  • Editing the content is your responsibility, except in the aforementioned pages and the initial product upload. For the rest, we can set up an extra depending on the necessary quantity and layout. The migration of data from another system will also have an impact on the final price.
  • Third-party services
  • You will have to create the necessary accounts for the third-party services you wish to integrate (ActiveCampaining, MailChimp, Social Networks, Payment checks, Twilio, etc.). Additional costs associated to said services will not be included in the price.
  • Templates and premium plugins
  • I will choose the template which fits your needs the best, and we will analyze the plugins which implement the necessary functionalities. Since you are participating, you will be informed of all advantages and disadvantages of each one. Costs associated to the purchase of these modules are not included in the price.
  • Logo design and corporative image
  • I can offer these types of services as a measured development which will be priced independetly.
  • Translation of multi language stores
  • If you need a multi language store, the translation to different languages will be your responsibility. I can translate it to English and Russian for an extra which will depend on the content to translate.

How does the service work?

Once the necessary info has been gathered, we will establish the definitive price and term of delivery. The usual payment method is 25% at the start of the project, 50% at the delivery of the web and 25% 30 days after the delivery. 

As soon as the initial payment is done, I will begin working on your store. You will have a user account, with which you can control the development of the project and which we shall use as the main form of communication. I will also be available on Skype, email or phone. If necessary we can also meet in person.

Once the design is finished and the store delivered, you will have 2 months of free customer support, valued in €140 in order to solve any of your questions and for you to not have trouble operation your website.
